In order to serve customers more professionally, we have established a R & D center composed of exhaust system, three-way catalyst, product development department and sample production group, Specifically responsible for the R & D of exhaust system and three-way catalyst, as well as standardized engineering documents and operation standards.

The R & D center has a team of nearly 50 people who perform their respective duties and escort the smooth progress of the new project.

In terms of product process, we have adopted the most advanced production processes in the industry, such as fully automatic catalyst coating process, constant temperature baking process, fully automatic NC elbow process, intelligent servo packaging process for catalyst packaging, monitoring the change of packaging force in the packaging process, and the most advanced spinning process is adopted for catalyst and muffler auxiliary consumers, Automatic robot welding process is adopted for assembly welding.

In terms of product process quality assurance, before mass production of each new product, we must go through a strict process review and verification process, and adopt robot workstation for welding production; Employees also receive strict pre job training before taking up their posts, and produce according to the process of first inspection, sampling inspection, patrol inspection and final inspection. Automated precision equipment and strict production process ensure that we can serve customers with quality and quantity.

In terms of hardware, we are equipped with robot workstation, full-automatic pipe bender, cylinder special machine production line, catalyst intelligent servo press, double end full-automatic pressure machine, high-speed grinder, laser marking machine, etc.
